This website is operated by Keppel Construction 88, a partnership. Anthony Hart is a partner. Keppel Construction 88 is not a limited company. The names of the partners are available on request.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may view, print and share links to our pages for your own personal use, and use the contact form to make a genuine enquiry about our services.

We describe our services and show photographs of work we have carried out. That information is general and given in good faith, but it is not professional advice and it is not a quotation.

Photographs show previous projects. Every property is different, so what we can do for you, how long it takes and what it costs can only be settled once we have seen the site.

(4) Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything.

If you ask us to quote, we will normally arrange to look at the property first. Any quotation we give is valid for the period stated in it, is based on what we could see and on the information available to us, and may change if the work turns out to be different from what we expected — for example if hidden defects come to light. Any contract for building work is formed only when we have both agreed a written quotation in writing.

(5) Our content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may print pages or share links for your own personal use, but you must not copy, republish, sell or otherwise reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

The names and logos of other organisations shown on this site, such as Facebook, Thomson Local and Google Maps, belong to those organisations.

(6) Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, including our Facebook page and our listing on Thomson Local. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

(7) Availability of this website

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be online or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the contact form, at any time and without notice.
